RETURN & REPLACEMENT
Customer satisfaction is Anour’s delight. However, we will gladly issue a full refund only for items that have been incorrectly dispatched from our end or if the customer has received a damaged product. Replacement can be only made if the customer has received a damaged or a wrong product.

Kindly claim the same within 3 days of delivery. Any full priced merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase, to avail of an exchange or refund from our end. Please note that Anour is not responsible for damage after delivery. Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. Anour will bear the Shipping charges.
If after placing the order, you would want to cancel it, you could do so without incurring any cancellation charges only in case the product has not been shipped. In case the product has been shipped, we would not be able to accept any cancellations. The product is usually shipped within 24 hours after placing the order.
